ANDERSON PARK RULES

1. All property at the Anderson Park and Pavilion is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

2. The Lake Ridge Estates Homeowners Association is not responsible for accidents.

3. Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age must be accompanied by an adult while on said property.

4. Parking permitted in designated areas, not on grass.

5. Lewd/nuisance activities which disturb the peace are prohibited on said property.

6. The destruction, injury, defacement or removal of property of any kind is unlawful. This includes, but is not restricted to: carving, writing or graffiti, removal of park benches, shrubs and plants, and the unauthorized removal of dirt or rock of any kind.

7. Refuse, garbage, rubbish or waste of any kind shall not be discarded on the park grounds, golf course or along roads, but shall be placed in depositories. Park trash containers are not for local residents’ personal trash dumping. Trash containers are for use only by persons using the Pavilion and Park Track.

8. Fires are prohibited in the open or in any place except where grills or other provisions have been made. Use of personal charcoal grills is permitted.

9. Smoking is allowed, but all cigarette butts must be placed in the cans provided and not thrown on the ground or Pavilion area.

10. The discharge of firecrackers or other fireworks is prohibited.

11. The Pavilion and Park Track are to be cleaned up following use. All persons using the Pavilion and Park Track are responsible for any damage or breakage.

 12. Park must be reserved for all

      private, group functions.

 

FEES
Non-Residents $100 per day* (any outside organization activity/ event)

Residents $50 per day*
* $25 will be refunded if park, pavilion and restrooms are left clean.

The Home Association office is located on the lower level of the club house (below Mulligan’s). Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9am to 3pm.
